DEADLINE FOR THE PRE-APPLICATION IS Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009

All interested teams must complete the pre-application to notify the Committee of their intentions to participate.
2009 Freshman Tournament Guidelines

Tournament Rules

1. Player eligibility will follow those rules established by the NJSIAA.

2. Freshman who play Varsity ARE ELIGIBLE to compete in this tournament.

3. The two-hour Sub-Varsity rule WILL NOT be in effect during tournament play.

4. Each team will supply three (3) baseballs for each game played in the tournament.

5. Teams with a winning percentage of .500 or better, single elimination will comprise this tournament.

6. Teams must play at least 6 games by Monday, April 27, 2009 to be eligible for tournament play.

7. Team records include games played through and including Monday, April 27, 2009.

8. Entrance Fee of $75.00 is required and completely refundable if your team is not selected.
Send under separate cover to Park Ridge HS at the address previously listed.

9. The final on-line application must be completed by 3PM, Tuesday, April 28, 2009.

10. All selected teams will be notified via telephone no later than Wednesday, April 29, 2009.

NOTE: If for some reason your application is not received by the deadline, (the evening the committee meets to choose the field) our association will have some knowledge of where to contact the coach or AD to verify your record and team scores. The coach or AD must be available that evening for verification if a problem arises.
